CANADIAN ASSOCIATION OF ROAD SAFETY PROFESSIONALS (CARSP)

A new section Road Safety Information has been posted on the CARSP website. This section provides information on road safety topics and will be updated regularly.

 

CHILD ACTIVE-TRANSPORTATION SAFETY AND THE ENVIRONMENT (CHASE)

The CHASE study team has launched an online tool, which assesses the effectiveness of built environment interventions.

 

NATIONAL SAFETY COUNCIL (NSC)

The NSC, in partnership with the University of Iowa Public Policy Center, has published a website to educate the public on how to best interact with safety features in vehicles. Indeed, hundreds of millions of cars on the road are equipped with new and old security technologies that help reduce the risk of crashes and fatalities. However, even the most advanced safety features cannot replace a safe and focused driver in the vehicle.

TIRF has developed training modules on impaired driving with drugs.
